Labour & Human Rights
We uphold the highest standards of labour rights across all operations and supply chains.
Freely Chosen Employment
- All work is fully voluntary — no forced or bonded labour
- Workers may not be required to surrender passports or identity documents
- Workers are free to resign with reasonable notice
No Child Labour
- Minimum working age: 15 years or the legal minimum, whichever is higher
- Workers under 18 shall not perform hazardous work or overtime
- Full compliance with Malaysian young persons employment laws
No Discrimination
- All employment decisions based on merit, qualifications & performance
- No discrimination based on race, religion, gender, age, disability, or any protected status
Humane Treatment
- Zero tolerance for physical, verbal, sexual, or psychological abuse
- All workers treated with dignity and respect at all times
- Disciplinary measures are fair, documented, and proportional
Fair Working Hours
- Maximum 60 hours per week including overtime (except emergencies)
- All overtime is voluntary
- At least one rest day per seven-day period
Fair Wages & Benefits
- Wages meet or exceed legal minimum and industry standards
- Paid promptly with proper payslip documentation
- EPF, SOCSO & EIS statutory contributions fully complied
Freedom of Association
- Workers may freely form, join, or not join trade unions
- Collective bargaining without fear of retaliation
- Alternative worker representation where legally restricted
No Recruitment Fees
- Workers shall not pay any recruitment or placement fees
- Any fees paid shall be reimbursed to the worker
- All recruitment practices must be transparent and documented

Health, Safety & Environment
A safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace is non-negotiable.
Occupational Health & Safety
- Safe & healthy conditions in all facilities
- PPE provided and correctly used at all times
- Workers trained on safe practices and hazard recognition
- Emergency exits clearly marked and unobstructed
Emergency Preparedness
- Emergency plans and response procedures in place
- Fire and evacuation drills at least annually
- First aid supplies and trained personnel at all workplaces
Environmental Protection
- Reduce waste, prevent pollution, conserve resources
- Environmental permits obtained, maintained, and followed
- Hazardous materials handled, stored, and disposed safely and legally
Chemical Management
- All chemicals labelled and stored per MSDS requirements
- Workers handling chemicals receive proper training and PPE
- Spill containment and emergency response procedures in place

Ethics & Integrity
All business is conducted with the highest ethical standards, transparency, and accountability.
Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption
- No offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting gifts, bribes, or kickbacks
- All transactions transparent, documented, and legal
- Full compliance with MACC Act 2009
Conflicts of Interest
- All personal or financial conflicts must be disclosed
- Related party transactions at arm's length and properly approved
Confidential Information
- Trade secrets, client data, and financial info are protected
- No disclosure without proper authorization
- Strict compliance with PDPA 2010
Accurate Records
- All timesheets, expenses, and financial reports must be accurate and truthful
- No falsification or misrepresentation of any information
Responsible Mineral Sourcing
- Responsible sourcing per OECD Due Diligence Guidance
- No sourcing of conflict minerals (tantalum, tin, tungsten, gold, cobalt)
- Same standards expected from all suppliers
Fair Competition
- We respect intellectual property rights
- No anti-competitive practices, price-fixing, or bid-rigging
- Full compliance with competition and fair trade laws

Use of Company Property
- Company assets are for authorised work purposes only
- Do not install unauthorised software or access restricted data
- Do not use company resources for personal gain
- Report any loss, damage, or misuse immediately
Section 07
Social Media & Public Speech
- Do not post confidential, offensive, or defamatory content online
- Personal opinions must not be presented as official Company views
- Represent PMC Precision professionally — online and in person
- Breaches of social media policy may lead to disciplinary action
Section 09
Disciplinary Consequences
Violations of this Code may result in action proportional to the severity of the breach.

| Minor | Verbal warning, written warning, or retraining |
| Serious | Final written warning, suspension (with or without pay), or performance improvement plan |
| Gross / Major | Immediate termination of employment or contract |
| Legal | Referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities for potential prosecution |
All disciplinary actions shall be fair, documented, lawful, and proportional to the violation.
